Hello I`m Hugh, an undergrad student currently studying towards an Economics degree at the University of Manchester, living in the Fallowfield campus.

At A-Level, I achieved A*AA in Economics, Maths and Geography. These grades prove that I have a good work ethic, always striving for excellence in all that I do. This means I`m only happy with my work if it reflects my very best, and when it comes to tutoring, I`m only satisfied when my student is showing consistent growth in their understanding of the subject in hand. Past students that I`ve tutored have gone on to win maths pupil of the year awards at their school.

Being younger than most tutors means that I have a better understanding of the various tests and exams that are faced by present day students, as I`ve been through them myself. This is very valuable for achieving high grades, as exam experience/knowledge is clearly a major factor in overall exam performance.

So whether it`s short term help, or want longer term assistance in the entire subject, I am happy to help! I can offer 1 on 1 tailored maths or economics tutoring and homework assistance for students.

Experience: In the past I have tutored many students in a 1-on-1 environment, before I left for university. The students who benefitted from my tutoring the most were those that fully applied themselves and focused on the tasks we were working through.
