I am a passionate teacher of English at a Cheshire School and have been tutoring both GCSE and A-level for 4 years. I strongly believe that one to one tuition aids students to achieve their maximum potential as I am able to tailor sessions to their specific needs in order to maximise student progress.

Availability: My availability is currently Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Ideally, I prefer to teach within a two mile radius of home. I am based in Stockton Heath, Warrington.

Experience: I have a 2:1 in English Language from the University of Manchester.

I am an experienced teacher of GCSE English Language and Literature and A-level English Language. My classes achieve positive residuals in their results (meaning they achieve, on average, above their target grade). All the students that I have tutored have had fantastic results and this summer two students achieved double grade 9s in their Language and Literature GCSEs.

I currently teach the following specifications to my classes:
- GCSE AQA English Language and Literature
- A-Level Edexcel English Language

I have previously taught and tutored:
- iGCSE Cambridge English Language and Literature
- GCSE Eduqas / WJEC English Language and Literature
- A-Level AQA English Language
- A-Level Eduqas / WJEC English Language

I am also happy to teach specifications for exam boards other than those listed above.
