I am a gap year student intending to apply to University for September 2017 entry to study History.
I am happy to help tutees of all ages and would describe myself as honest, personable and dedicated.
This year I have gained A*A*A at A level (for History, Spanish and Politics respectively), as well as a A in German AS. I have a B in AS Maths and all of my 11 GCSEs are A* grades. Although I feel that I can teach Literacy Skills, Humanities and Languages best (including Latin), I can also teach basic-to-GCSE level Maths and basic Science.
I also speak fluent (modern) Greek and play the violin to Grade 8 level.

Availability: Available on any weekday evening, Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons.

Willing to travel: 30 miles

Experience: During my first year of Sixth Form, I spent time volunteering in a local primary school each week. I was tasked with helping the less academically strong Year 2 children by supervising extra reading sessions. As the oldest of three, I have also helped my two younger siblings many a time with their schoolwork and as the Politics representative at my former Sixth Form, I have had the opportunity to advise younger years on their future academic choices. I am an enthusiastic, effective worker and am determined to help others through what can be a challenging time in their education.
