Dear Student,

I have over 20 years` experience of working with children and young people, in their homes, at school, at performing arts` schools and for two tutoring companies.

I have over 5 years` experience of working with children with special educational needs.

I am an extremely dedicated and hard-working individual. I am determined to achieve results with the students that I work with. I prepare a lot for lessons.

I have tutored primary maths and english and the transfer test, key stage 3 maths, gcse maths, gcse chemistry and physics.

I have also worked with adults studying vocational qualifications for over 5 years, mostly in writing about autism and more recently special educational needs and disability. I do a large amount of research, writing and reading for these roles.

Availability: Rates set are for half hour lessons. Therefore £25 for half an hour for maths online. £30 for half an hour in person. Online lessons are over zoom.

At the moment I am self-employed so set my own work times.

I mostly work with pupils, who are at school, after school and in the evenings. I also worked with an individual, who was home schooled, during the day.

I teach mostly maths. Gcse maths is only offered up to foundation level.

I have worked confidently with children with a wide range of abilities and talents.

I have also worked as a Distance Learning Tutor and Assessor. I have tutored on a course in Understanding Autism for over 5 years and a course in Special Educational Needs and Disability.

In 2023 I have been studying maths and music.
