Maths is a subject which is often hated by many people as it is seen as difficult to understand. However, understanding Maths is not as hard as it may seem and can be an amazing achievement for many. Even now when I finally understand a mathematical concept I feel a huge sense of achievement!

A few of my personal achievements in Maths have been:
- Obtaining a First in my Maths degree
- Obtaining 100 in C3
- Obtaining 96 in M1 (I found Mechanics extremely difficult at first!)
- Achieving an A* at GCSE
- Tutoring over 50 students who have all met their Maths goals!

A Level Modules Studied:
C1, C2, C3, C4, S1, S2, M1, M2, D1, FP1, FP2, FP3

Degree Modules Studied:
Calculus and Analysis 1-3, Linear Algebra 1-3, Differential Equations, Geometry, Statistics, Probability, Financial Mathematics, Actuarial Mathematics, Theory of Linear Algebra, Advanced VBA and Excel, Business Mathematics.

Masters Modules Studied:
Accounting, International Finance, Quantitative Methods in Finance, Valuation, Derivatives, Fixed Income Analysis, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets.

I have worked with children for 9 years as a tutor and teaching assistant, and for 5 years as a private Maths tutor before setting up my tuition companies, Student Tutors and Maths with Lois.

Under my guidance, all of my students (50+!) have met or surpassed their goals in Maths. With a little hard work, we can work together to make sure you reach your goal too.

I love online tutoring since it gives me the flexibility to travel but I always ensure that the personable, 1-to-1 feel is not lost.

I always begin the first class doing 2 things: 1) getting to know you- this builds a strong rapport between us, 2) giving an initial assessment to see what level you are at and what specific topics we need to work on.

After that, all lessons are based on previous classes and what you personally feel you need to work on in that particular lesson.

We`ll also go through exam papers from the very beginning, so you know what`s ahead.

Everything is well prepared and well thought of to ensure you get the most out of each and every session :)
