I am an outstanding, primary school teacher with over six years experience working in both Key Stage One and Two. I am currently teaching a Year Two class in Wythenshawe, Manchester, where I am responsible for preparing the children for their end of year SATs tests. I also have experience in preparing Year Six children for their SATs tests and have an excellent track record in ensuring that my pupils achieve their potential.
I am a patient and friendly person who believes that all children can succeed given the time, encouragement and the correct guidance. I also believe that learning should be fun. I have worked with children from a variety of backgrounds and have many years experience working with children with a range of abilities including those with special educational needs.
I have an A Level in Mathematics and specialise in teaching the subject. I have also been a subject leader in ICT for over five years and have a passion for teaching English. Although I absolutely love my job teaching in class, I also really enjoy helping children succeed on a one to one basis. I feel that being able to give all my attention to an individual child, as a tutor, will make a huge impact on their progress and I cannot wait to get started.
