I aim to tailor lessons to the individual aims of each pupil, be that working towards exams or simply playing your favourite style for pleasure. I am able to teach by ear as well as using written music. For graded exams I use the ABRSM syllabus.

I also aim to teach areas such as instrument care and maintenance and effective practice. This is to allow my pupils to develop as well rounded musicians as well as improving their playing ability.

I am happy to teach individually or in small groups. All ages welcome.

Availability: Thursdays & Fridays 9am-9pm

Willing to travel: 20 miles

Experience: I have taught around the Bristol area since 2015. I have taught a wide range of ages, and ability levels from complete beginners up to grade 6.

I also work as the Assistant Director of Minor to Major Music, a company which runs music courses for children of key stage 2 age. This involves directing ensembles, running workshop style sessions and a degree of individual tuition/assistance. Information can be found here- [contact detail removed]
