My daughter, Molly , is in the first year of her A Level RS course at Princess Helena College (Hitchin).

She is studying the OCR syllabus, which consists of philosophy, ethics and Christian developing thought. The syllabus is the new specification.

Molly did not take GCSE RS. Her other A Level is Art. She has a proven issue with exam panic / writer`s block / freeze which severely impacted her GCSEs. A lot of this is driven by a lack of confidence and belief in her abilities.

We are seeking extra help for Molly (1) to reinforce her learnings from school and develop her confidence(2) specifically to introduce her to topics just ahead of them being covered in class (her teacher`s idea) so that when the class hits the topic, Molly is better armed to engage, contribute and learn (3) to help her develop a better technique for her exams.

We are unclear what Mollys ultimate potential is in the subject. We are not tutoring her to push for her to achieve an A*. The drivers are to support her, to help her develop her potential and grow her confidence and hopefully to allow her to maximise her enjoyment and performance in the subject.

Availability: Likely weekends only.

Monday or Thurs from 1930 maybe possible.
