ENGAGING GCSE Maths & Science Tutor

Experience: I am an engaging tutor who understands a student’s strengths and weakness and alter my teaching according to their needs. It is important for my students to EXCEL in their grades AND enjoy the subjects, possibly wanting them to pursue it in future. I have EXPERIENCE tutoring students in both Woodford County High School and Sarah Bonnell Secondary as well as privately tutoring. Currently studying Economics, Statistics and Mathematics at Queen Mary University, a Russell group. Studied Maths, Further Maths and Economics at A levels and Grade 9`s(A**) at GCSE. I`m aware of varying exam boards and topics and can cater to students from different schools. Teaching musical theatre to over 50 children (Year 7 - Year 11) means I can communicate well to help each individual. All students learn best in different ways! As well as going through the specification and content in an orderly manner, I welcome students to bring in any challenging homework or topics to work harder on those. Being one of the only students to have completed the GCSE with the NEW specification, I understand the challenges of problem solving and decision making questions and have been able to learn easier methods to tackle these questions with logic, ease, tips and tricks.
