Hi there - my name is Vanya, Maths and Physics graduate with 2 years experience working in a range of educational settings, from primary and secondary to special needs schools, as well as running summer youth camps for children aged 9-16.
I approach tuition of maths in a different manner for each student and tailor my approach to their needs. Whether that is creating engaging lego games for a five year old or building exam confidence through thorough practice of the more challenging topics with a GCSE student.
I encourage my students to question every detail they don’t understand, and would advocate they complete a homework task to get the most from the tuition. Students are most welcome to send questions they have outside of tutoring hours via email.
In my spare time I can be found on a bike or travelling.
