Information about Rocio

I am currently a Masters student at Cardiff University. I come from Argentina, although I have spent most of my life in Barcelona, Spain. Both Spanish and Catalan are my native languages, but I can also speak English fluently.

Availability: I am available weekdays and weekends.

Willing to travel: 2 miles

Experience: I am a native Spanish and Catalan teacher, currently working at Llandaff Cathedral School in Cardiff as a Spanish teaching assistant. I also have a broad experience in private tutoring for a wide range of levels. I started tutoring six years ago, mainly helping students to prepare for their university examinations in Spain. When I moved to the UK two years ago, I also started helping non-native Spanish learners from different ages and with different levels. Currently, I can provide students with tailored assistance and material to prepare for GCSE, A-Levels or official language exams. If you wish to improve your level of Spanish or Catalan, or even start from scratch, and no matter the age you are, do not hesitate to contact me! Excellent. Rocio is enthusiastic.and encouraging.

Rocio thoroughly assesses existing capabilities at the outset. Lessons are well prepared and she makes the learning process fun. I feel my competence has improved significantly in a relatively short period of time albeit I still have far to go.

Rocio teaches in a structured way in line with the students needs and what and student is looking for out of the lessons. Rocio is extremely knowledgeable and has a passion for teaching this beautiful language of Spanish. I have enjoyed myself very much and I have, now, more eagerness to learn and hope to learn to a higher level. I thank you Rocio for teaching me, and giving me your valuable time.
