Significantly, I am a first language Welsh speaker who speaks Welsh daily to family and friends.

I have 32 years experience as a Welsh language translator and tutor for central government together with ten years experience of teaching Welsh to adults and young people in the Adult Education sector.

Availability: I`m available for weekday work and on occasions for evenings and weekends too. Possibility for one line tuition too via Facetime, Zoom or Skype. I consider myself to be flexible and will happily negotiate any reasonable tutoring requests.

Experience: First language Welsh speaker. Educated to degree level with additional teaching certificate [PGCE]. Previously taught Welsh for ten years within the adult education sector. I also have experience as a Welsh translator. For those students who are at an intermediate level of proficiency in the language, I`m also happy, on request, to study other aspects of Welsh culture too, from literature, history to social and cultural changes.
