Chrysostom

I am a BSc (Hons) graduate in Maths and Management. I have 7 years experience in teaching Maths, a topic I have been passionate about since I was a child. I want to use my knowledge to helps students who are struggling with Maths.

Availability: I am a freelance maths tutor so I am very flexible with my schedule. If you let me know your availability, we can find a time that suits both of us any day of the week.

Experience: I have experience in tutoring mathematics to secondary school students including my own children, both of whom have an A* in GCSE/IGCSE mathematics. I am able to identify the pupils strengths and areas of doubt in particular topics and I use this to provide excellent tutoring to make them more confident and improve their grades.
My teaching method is to cover a topic that a pupil is finding particularly challenging so that they understand the concept, which is very important, and then doing as many past paper questions as possible. I can also provide help for working through homework questions together with a student.
