Friendly and knowledgeable science, maths and 11+ tutor who has finished my MSci degree in Chemistry at University College London. Currently studying for a PhD in Chemistry at University College London. I have been tutoring for 7 years both in London and in Kent, I have vast experience of teaching students from the age of 11-18 and get genuine pleasure from seeing my students gain more knowledge of the course of being taught by me. Especially in Chemistry I like to give explanations that give my students a deeper understanding of the subject matter, thereby ensuring they fully understand their subject.

If seen on this website, steer clear of this tutor! After just one month of tutoring, he only contacted us to request fees and then disappeared without a trace. Upon answering a phone call ten days after disappearing, we learnt he`d decided to "ghost" us and our son because he just felt like it in order to focus on his studies. To top it off, he had an utter disregard for the role and was contemptuous and surly when asked if he would apologise about his immature, unprofessional behaviour.
Suffice it to say this tutor is not to be trusted whatsoever. Although he has claimed he will not advertise on TutorHunt again, it is people like this that give not only themselves but this platform a bad reputation.

As anyone can see from my previous reviews this is a complete outlier. The person reviewing me never actually met me in person, anyone reading this is more than welcome to discuss the circumstances behind this “review” and I’m more than happy to offer the chance for people to talk to people who have actually met me for an honest review of myself as a tutor.

Christopher was punctual, really listened to the objectives, and was clearly committed to help. The sessions went well and gave the tutee a very clear idea of what he needed to do.
It may be that our circumstances change but if we need to book a tutor in coming months we would not hesitate to have Christopher again.
