At the University of York I studied "English and Related Literature" and attained a 1st. Afterwards, I went on to study "Contemporary Literature, Culture, & Theory" at King`s College London.

I have a keen passion for teaching and instilling in others my enthusiasm for literature.

Georgia has been excellent for our daughter. She has been engaging, patient, flexible when needed and particularly empathetic during a difficult time. Our daughter has enjoyed the tutoring and began to enjoy the subject as well as seeing her grades increase, we would highly recommend Georgia.

My daughter aged 15 loves working with Georgia, relaxed and productive lessons. Well organised pre planned sessions. A gem of a find, in a cloudy sea of tutors.

Georgia was great in helping my 13 yr old son learn how to prepare himself for his assigned English essays particularly with how to evaluate literature. She was always prompt and prepared for each lesson and my son has gained a lot of confidence through her tutoring. I will definitely engage Georgia again if my son finds himself in the need of more help.

Georgia always prepares great worksheets prior to the session. She is very attentive and my son really enjoys his sessions with her. She really knows how to engage him. She is also great at communicating with me to let me know how my son is doing. I highly recommend Georgia.

Georgia is an excellent English tutor and I would have no hesitation in recommending her. She is extremely professional - well prepared with great attention to detail and clearly knows and loves the subject, which she succeeded in passing on to a non poetry loving 16 year old. Her warmth and humour made her really easy to engage with, and she made a really positive impact on his results. Thanks Georgia
