Nina

Hello, Hola!
My name is Nina and I am a 26 year old student from the North East of England. I am currently studying TESOL- which stands for, teaching English to speakers of other languages, and Spanish. I have spent the last 6 months living in Barcelona, as a part of my degree course. Whilst I was there I taught English on a 1:1 basis to native Spanish/ Catalan speakers, as well as in an international language school.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation in both the UK and Spain I am back in the UK and hoping to continue my teaching practices now, online.

Besides Spain, I have widely travelled Central and Southern America. I`m enthusiastic about sharing what I have come to know about their culture and history and how their vibrant food and festivals are now extending outside of the Spanish speaking world.

I am a patient and understanding teacher. I believe the most important thing about language learning is feeling comfortable to `have a go`, and I am dedicated in helping you achieve your language learning goals.

My final passion in life is sport and exercise. I enjoy training for new challenges and going for short hikes in our local Cleveland hills.

Availability: 7 days a week, 9am - 9pm

Experience: I have over 5 years worth of experience in education, working with both children and adults. I have taught languages to ages from 2 - 60+ years old. I have taught both on a 1:1 basis and in larger educational institutions, in the UK and Spain. I have taught from inside the family home and in traditional classrooms.
