18 years teaching experience. BA, PGCE and Examining qualifications & experience for A level English.

I am a first language speaker living and working in London. I am an avid reader & theatre goer.

Availability: Afternoons and evenings. I am also available all day Saturday.

Experience: I have taught A Level English Literature full time for 8 years. For the past three years I have also examined for AQA in their GCSE Language exam as well as the A Level A Specification for Literature.

I have knowledge of a wide range of texts for both examinations and NEA. Specific areas of expertise: Love Through the Ages Anthology, Shakespeare texts ( specifically Othello, Measure for Measure, The Tempest, Merchant of Venice, Hamlet, Macbeth, Romeo and Juliet, Twelfth Night), Jane Eyre, Wuthering Heights, The God of Small Things, Skirrid Hill and all of the other set texts on the AQA Specification. I am also happy to familiarise myself with other texts if required.
