Information about Julie
My name is Julie and I am from France. In 2010, I was accepted in the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan. I then obtained my bachelor in Economics from this school and the Sorbonne (Paris 1) in 2011 and my Master`s degree in 2013, from the same institution.
I then decided to specialize in Development matters and I am am currently studying International Development at the University of Oxford.
To sum up, I have studied Economic History, Econometrics, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, International Trade, Applied statistics, History of Economic Thought, Financial Markets, Decision Theory.
During my free time, I practice different sports: I have played volleyball for 10 years, and then basketball and Krav-maga. I also enjoy to play tennis and to go running, and I am learning how to play the guitar.
More related to my studies, I love to travel and meet cultures which are different from my own culture. I took one year off in 2011-2012, in order to discover and try to understand Latin American economies. I am fascinated by this area and its inhabitants. I speak Spanish fluently.
Availability: Week days, in the afternoon or in the evening, depending on my timetable. I have most time on Wednesday afternoons and on Thurdays (all day).
I am available during termtime only (from now and until 7th December from 20th January to 15th March and from 28th April to 21st June).

Experience: I was a volunteer teacher in the association AsdeturconvCOLCA in Peru, during my travel in 2011.
I taught French, English and Economics to Peruvian students who aimed at becoming local guides in the Colca canyon.
