Hi, I’m Lucy :)

As a student myself, I understand the difficulties of learning during lockdown. I would love to be able to aid in students exceeding their potential during these difficult times!

I have a passion for Psychology dating back to when I first studied the subject at GCSE and now that I am completing a Masters degree in it!

I can help and advise students with general subject knowledge, essay structure, exam answers and any specialist areas of the subject.

Experience: I recently completed a BPS accredited BSc Psychology degree from the University of Plymouth and I am currently studying a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology at the University of Sheffield. Before University, I studied Psychology at both GCSE and Alevel.

I have extensive experience running workshops - I was a group leader for the charity Play Action International where I took a group of volunteers to Uganda to build a playground, a lot of my role focused on educating and preparing the volunteers for their trip. Whilst in Uganda I also ran creative play sessions with the children at the school which helped me gain vital skills in engaging and building rapport with students.
