I am a qualified Mathematics teacher with 6 years of experience teaching in secondary schools across London and the South East of England.

Before training to become a teacher I read Mathematics at university and graduated with a 1st class degree.

I currently work in the number one maths department in the country, measured by the government’s progress 8 statistic.

I specialise in GCSE and A-level tuition.

Experience: My experience teaching hundreds of different pupils, all with individual strengths and areas for development, has taught me that pupils perform best when learning is tailored to their needs. I have specific experience honing exam technique and plugging gaps in knowledge, which I gained whilst teaching small groups of GCSE intervention pupils.

As well as extensive teaching experience, my mathematics consultancy work with Get My Grades means that I have a thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum and Edexcel, AQA, OCR and CIE exam boards. Whilst at Get My Grades I created and sequenced a Mathematics curriculum from scratch, ensuring that it was compatible with all major exam boards. This included creating the specific content, such as questions and expositions. I continue to provide consultancy services for Get My Grades and as a result am up to date with all the major exam board requirements.

My in depth knowledge of the Mathematics National Curriculum and the major exam board specifications, along with my extensive teaching experience, put me in a unique position to provide bespoke tutoring services with successful outcomes.
