I am a third year university student currently completing my undergraduates degree in politics and international Relations at Queen Mary`s University of London. During my time at university I have engaged in a range of extra curricular writing initiatives, including setting up my own magazine, as I prepare to embark on a career in journalism. I have studied english, politics and biology to an a-level standard and feel confident that I would be able to facilitate and further the education of students from anywhere between the primary and GCSE level in either english literature or biology. I view myself as a warm and patient individual that is extremely focused on tasks that I apply myself to. I personally gained a lot from tutors throughout my education and understand the value of an enthusiastic yet structured educational presence outside of the classroom.

Experience: During my time at college I volunteered at a local primary school and spent time teaching children that struggled to maintain the pace of their peers with reading and vocabulary.

I also spent three years as a Girlguiding leader in which I assisted a group of brownies through a plethora of activities including writing and reading exercises as well as contributing to their social education.
