I’m in my early 50’s and now have free time to indulge my love of the French language. Ideally I am looking to pursue this as a hobby to grow my confidence rather than a pursuit of academic brilliance.

I have taken a weekly evening class using BBC Talk French (beginner) which I enjoyed immensely and now feel ready to try learning on a one to one basis to see how I can develop. I am quite a self conscious speaker so really hoping a one to one tutor can help build my confidence and enjoyment, so a not too intense approach would be great for me. Initially, my aim would be to enhance the French holiday experience and feel at ease with the language in general.

I would like to start with a few lessons initially to see how things progress so if you think you can help me I would love to hear from you.
