Lucy has helped my daughter with some targeted online tuition in AQA A-level English Literature. We have been very impressed. Lucy was very prompt in respomding to our inquiry, and willing to consider a short course of tuition. She has been unfailingly kind and supportive, whilst providing constructive and effective criticism. She provides prompt written feedback on essays, all based on exam-marking criteria. She has provided very useful essay-writing structure and tips, and filled in a few gaps which the school had left. My daughter found Lucy`s approach to the unseen piece to be particularly useful. My daughter and I would recommend Lucy as a tutor without any hesitation.

Lucy is clearly a very dedicated tutor with excellent subject knowledge. She was able to quickly ascertain the level of support my daughter needed in her A Level English and gave her the confidence and reassurance in her own ability and quality of her work. She helped her to self correct and adjust her work to strive to reach her very best.

Lucy has been teaching our son English for his GCSE exam in 2024. She is a very knowledgeable teacher about the subject matter. Always she goes the extra mile for our son. We are so pleased and thank Lucy for her help. She has been flexible and approachable and has taken the time to speak to us and our son to ensure he is getting the help he needs. With the help of Lucy, our son Shadman has significantly improved in his English literature and language and has a better understanding of them. We are immensely grateful to Lucy for her help and wish her success in the future. Lucy is an amazing teacher and has a great personality.
