Experience: 4 years ago, I received a first class degree in Primary Education with QTS (BA) Hons, and went straight on to complete my NQT year. I have gained my teaching experience in an outstanding primary school where the expectations of teaching and learning are exceptionally high. I have an in depth knowledge of the new school curriculum across year groups 1-6. I have taken part in many training sessions focusing on the new curriculum and I am well equipped with resources to deliver these new objectives. I find the rewards of teaching are in helping every single child succeed, including challenging gifted children and allowing children to access learning at their own individual level, whatever it may be. Within a school setting, I have experience of working with children on a 1:1 basis and part of my day to day job role is assessing childrens individual needs and helping them progress.
