I am a Higher Education Academy accredited teacher with a wealth of experience in teaching history/ archaeology/ ancient history based undergraduate academic courses in a UK university. I also have extensive experience of teaching archaeological excavation and recording skills in the field. What I love about teaching the most, is sharing my knowledge of the subjects I am passionate about with others and helping students grow and develop academically. I find this extremely rewarding and am looking to help new students achieve their goals.

I hold a PhD in Archaeology and I am available to tutor students from GCSE to degree level in history-based subjects including ancient history, classics and archaeology, as well as anthropology, gender and sexuality studies. Within these subjects, I am able to aid development of a range of skills including essay writing and essay/exam answer structure and analysis and use of both ancient and modern sources.

I am based in South Manchester and have a flexible schedule. I am experienced at teaching using online platforms. I hold an enhanced DBS certificate.

As a result, I am equipped to tutor both university level (Undergraduate and Masters) students and GCSE and A-Level students.
