I am an experienced secondary maths teacher, having worked for 8 years at a top performing, outstanding North London school. As an employed teacher, I am extremely familiar with the new specification GCSE and have access to lots of up to date resources. I teach both Higher and Foundation GCSE and KS3 and have helped a number of students improve their grades with my tutoring.

I am available for online as well as in person when lockdown allows.

I have a passion for maths and providing and understanding of mathematical concepts as opposed to just teaching for the test. I feel that one of my strong points is helping students to build on their confidence within the subject. I am enthusiastic and thrive on building positive relationships with students.

I am based in Colindale, have current students in West Hampstead and teach in North Finchley so can travel around these three areas.

Availability: Flexible availability over the summer holidays.

Experience: I am in my eighth year of teaching and am familiar with the new GCSE maths specification as a result. I have worked with a range of ability students in my time as a teacher, both those striving for A*`s (new Grade 8/9) and those aiming for a pass grade (Grade C/ new Grade 5)
I have completed an Outstanding Teacher Programme course.
