I am a fully qualified and experienced teacher (and former deputy head of a large English department). I qualified as a secondary teacher in 2011, and now, I am completing a PhD in Education at the University of Cambridge.

I have a proven track record of supporting and inspiring students of all abilities to reach their potential in my subject. In fact, both my previous London schools achieved top results in their respective boroughs for English!

Your child will find me to be a patient and enthusiastic tutor with an excellent understanding of how to support and stretch: students who are on the borderline of a level/grade, students with SEN, EAL students, and very high attainers. In addition, I am TESoL qualified and have experience teaching English as an additional language to children and adults.

Finally, since moving to Cambridge in 2016, I been supporting students in the local area with their learning in English as a tutor - I genuinely love this work, and would be happy to meet you and your child to discuss tuition.
