Kathryn

I have over thirty years` experience of teaching in several Secondary schools, working with a wide range of abilities and ages. Part of my role has been to provide one to one and small group English intervention work. During that time I have also been the Pastoral Head of Lower School and an Academic Attainment Leader.

My main teaching subject is English ,which I have taught to pupils from Y7 up to Y13. I have also taught History and Drama to Gcse.

I have worked as an examiner and Team Leader for several exam boards for many years and therefore have an excellent knowledge and insight into exam requirements.

I have also worked with the examination boards on KS2 & 3 SATS.

Needless to say I am passionate about reading and believe that developing good reading skills can be the key to success in virtually all subject areas.

Availability: I am available at most times during the day, evenings, weekends and during school holidays

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: Over 30 years teaching KS3 & 4 in several Secondary schools.

Twenty years experience working with exam boards at Ks2, 3 and 4.
