Hello, I`m Summia (:

I consider myself to be a friendly, enthusiastic and engaging tutor. Having previously obtained a first class honours degree in Biomedical Science at the University of Birmingham, I`m now studying Medicine at King`s College London!

I know how tough getting into medicine can be (I applied twice!) and I would love to help others fulfil their dreams! It doesn`t have to be hard, nor does it have to be stressful - it can definitely be fun & I`ll show you how (:

Interviews and the UCAT can be tricky to navigate, but having gone through the process a couple of times myself, I`ve now got a couple of tricks up my sleeve that I`d love to share with prospective students. Graduate entry medicine in particular poses a big challenge and thankfully, I got through, which means you can too!

Aside from helping with the medicine application process, I also tutor biology.

Experience: With my students, I plan to provide helpful materials and resources which are specific to their exam board (or university if interviews) and make links between the lessons and the specifications of the exam boards

I will make the learning relevant to exam contexts and teach how to tackle the certain types of questions that may appear in an exam

Each lesson will be tailored towards both the student (and their preferred universities if interviews)

Lessons will be lighthearted yet focused, and my top priority is to help students reach the fullest of their potential and gain confidence in themselves and their abilities
