Hello! My name is Inés and I come from Barcelona, Spain. I am based in Wimbledon but I have also lived and taught both in Spain and China.
What I love the most about teaching is the opportunity to share with others the passion I feel for my language. In addition, I enjoy creating action plans that will make learners achieve the grades that will open doors to further opportunities.

Experience: I am a Lead Teacher of MFL and EAL Coordinator in a vibrant inner London academy. I teach Spanish at KS3, KS4 and KS5. I have extensive experience preparing students for their GCSE and A-Level examinations, achieving results which have consistently been in the top 10% of the UK.
I am familiar with the requirements of the exam boards for GCSE and A-Level and I have extensive experience teaching the required texts and films for A-Level.
I am also an examiner for DELE Exams and I have taught all levels both in Spain and China to students of all ages.

We had initially asked Ines to support my year 7 child’s Spanish speaking / listening exams only as we simply wanted our child to enjoy the language. Ines was incredibly professional; she managed to teach everything what he needed to focus within a short week. We were so impressed that we also asked to support him for his Spanish end of year written / grammar exam; he’s now gained grade A and scored a second highest mark in his form. She is fun but strict and has excellent skills to manage children like ours - who love chatting ! My child wished that Ines taught Spanish at his school. Thank you Ines.
