Information about Shoana
I completed my B Tech Degree in Fine Arts in 1998 at the Durban University of Technology (Then Technikon Natal) in South Africa.I majored in Sculpture, but also have a great love a equal competence in oil painting and drawing.
I love life drawing, working from the human form, and also using imagery and symbol that comes from subconscious through and dreams.
I am also a trained Life Coach (Dip PPC) and Certified NLP practitioner and like to incorporate this training into my teaching methods, helping students/clients to overcome blocks, advance their creative thinking and work around setting goals and achieving their best.
I believe that inspiration, passion and confidence are the key motivators for creating successful works of art as well as technical skill and talent. I like to help my clients engage with their own inspirations.
