I enjoy using a multi-sensory approach to teaching and support learners to develop their confidence, allowing them to feel a sense of ownership over their learning. Developing a growth mindset is key and I aim to use lots of positivity and encouragement during my sessions.

Experience: As a qualified Primary Teacher, I have a wealth of experience teaching early years, primary, special education needs, sensory processing disorders, speech and language development. Alongside my QTS, I have a Law degree and a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Certificate.

I have taught children between ages of 3 – 16 as well as adult learners in South Africa, Hong Kong and London. I have a strong understanding of the curriculums in both the state and private sector.


I have a keen interest for emotional literacy and assisting learners to better understand themselves. This involves mini mindfulness techniques including breath work, affirmations, understanding emotions and self-regulation techniques that are age-appropriate and effective.
