Hi, I`m a GCSE science teacher specialising in Biology and Chemistry. I have experience teaching the AQA and OCR specifications, and would be comfortable tutoring for any exam board. I am aware that the various lockdowns and restrictions have made learning difficult for many students, and am looking to help pupils achieve their potential and GCSE level. I believe in lots of retrieval practice to review material, good modelling to ensure understanding of key concepts and exam style questions to practise. I am happy to help structure revision timetables and discuss exam technique.

Experience: I qualified as a science teacher in June 2021, and have been working in a mixed entry school for ages 11-16 since September. I studied Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths through to A-Level standard, followed by a degree in Animal Behaviour and Welfare. I have worked as a rowing coach with u18`s since 2015 and have carried that through in to teaching.
