I am a current PhD student in the Biochemical Engineering department at University College London. My thesis focuses on applying numerical methods for process optimisation, making the project highly mathematical and computational.
Having also studied my undergraduate and Master`s degree at UCL, I have grown quite fond of the place and aim to remain at the university as an academic.

I also currently teach at a Saturday school, and can appreciate the difference in teaching style needed in individual tuition.
My tutoring sessions take a `workshop` format, where a third of the lesson is dedicated to explanation of concepts, and the remaining allocated to working through problems (particularly important for maths).
Customised homework is also set depending on the child`s grasp of the topic.
