I am a further education trainer who has taught functional skills (English, Maths and ICT) both at secondary level and vocational level. I have also taught Sociology, Pyschology, Biology, care skills, career planning, work experience, computers, personal effectiveness at FETAC level 3 and at level 4(equivalent City and Guilds level 2 and 3) and all of the modules of Employability skills to large groups and to specific groups such as long term unemployed, specific learning disabilities, and early school leavers. I am a state qualified teacher and registered with the Teaching Council of Ireland. I am DBS registered.

During my last 4 roles (NiFast, National Learning Network, FAS and Enable Ireland), I have completed and uploaded content for elearning, created and delivered materials, maintained in-class records such as TACs, attendance records, scheduled trips to places of interest e.g. recruitment agencies, local education facilities, and organised guest speakers and completed exam marking and result sheets. I am an online tutor and content developer for Communications and Customer Service levels 5 and 6 for The Open College, Dublin and Business Management for Kilroy’s College, Dublin.
I have a degree in Economics, a master in Teaching and Translation and a higher diploma in Disability Studies. I hold a train the Trainer FETAC level 6 ( required by law in Ireland and signposted to instruct adults in training and life courses). I have 6 years training experience in the area of further education and hold project management diploma.

Availability: wide availability early and late sessions and weekend sessions on offer.
