Information about Andrew

I am now four years into my teaching career and I am learning more everyday. I am consistantly graded good/outstanding by Ofsted criteria. I set up my classes to challenge the pupils and always take into account individual needs.

I have taught in various schools through special measures up to outstanding, and relish the challenge that being an educator brings.

I have shown rapid progression can be made if the pupils are made to feel challenged and curious about the subject.

In all my teaching roles I have been praised for my professionalism and my ability to create a positive relationship with my pupils. In my current role I am responsible for delivering schemes of work, running the department effectively and setting work that enables the pupils to thrive.

I am a professional who will always looks to achieve and I will put the effort in to make sure my pupils have all the available tools to do so as well.
