Students of A-Level and GCSE art are no longer restricted to pencils, paints and paper. Today students can produce coursework using a variety of media including clay, papier-mache, wire sculpture and collage. Art is a fun subject but this doesn't mean it's an easy option. Students tend to take art in combination with media studies, IT and other design based courses so that they have a broad spectrum of options available at university. Graduates of art go into a wide variety of careers that range from clothing design to landscape gardening and sculpture and so with an art A-Level the options are virtually limitless.
