I am an experienced and current English Language and English Literature Secondary School/Middle School Teacher with a proven track record of helping my students to achieve and exceed their target grades. My lessons are consistently judged as outstanding and my students enjoy my lessons as they are both informative and entertaining. I am also an experienced external examiner for Key Stage 2 SATs, Key Stage 3 SATs (now defunct), GCSE English Literature and A Level English Literature

Availability: Weekday evenings and weekends all day.

Tuition takes place at the student`s house.

Experience: I have been a teacher for eight years and an external examiner for six years. I have been tutoring students of all ages for six years. In my job, I prepare students for GCSE English Language, GCSE English Literature, A Level English Language and A Level English Literature every year. Unlike other tutors, I am a current secondary school teacher, which enables me to keep abreast of all developments in education. I have taught Key Stages 1 and 2 and whilst I am more experienced in teaching Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, my role as an examiner for the Key Stage 2 SATs qualifies me to tutor Key Stages 1 and 2.

I am currently Head of English at a Middle School in Northumberland, preparing students for the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum Tests (SATs).
