I am Lebanese/Australian and I am a native speaker of Arabic & French. I am also fluent in English.
I have a Bachelors Degree in General Law (in Arabic & French) and a Masters of Advanced Studies in Public Law (in Arabic & French) both from the L’Université Libanaise – one of the top three universities in Lebanon.
My Masters degree allows me to teach at university level in Lebanon.
I have started to give private lessons since 2003.
I have extensive experience teaching Arabic (as a first language) to primary, Brevet and Baccalauréat students in Lebanon. I gained this experience by giving private lessons and in my role as a support teacher at a primary school in North Lebanon.
I have experience in giving private Arabic (as a second language) lessons to primary, GCSE and A-Level students in London.
I have given French private lessons in Lebanon at primary, Brevet and Baccalauréat level and in London to primary, GCSE, A-Level and university students.
My teaching experience also includes giving private lessons in Arabic and French to first year Law students.
Furthermore, I have experience in translating Arabic to English, English to Arabic, French to Arabic and Arabic to French.
My different teaching experiences have taught me to manage my time both in following set curriculums and in meeting the needs of the different students that I teach. I can also adapt my teaching style to different age groups and am able to develop students’ knowledge of Arabic and French dialects, idioms and culture.
