Lorraine (Tutor)

I am a Health and Social Care teacher. I have experience working with students in college and school settings and teach GCSE, BTEC and A Level Health and Social Care. My methods of teaching and supporting students to gather evidence are based on the student’s strengths and take into consideration the vocational elements of the course. I use a range of methods to support students including accessing care settings, video diaries, photos and discussions. I teach in a creative and initiative style to meet the needs of the individual.

Availability: Week nights, weekends and school hoildays

Experience: I have worked in Health and Social Care and still carry out voluntary work in the sector. I have worked as an NVQ assessor in Kent and London and within further Education. I currently work in a secondary school and teach a rnage of Health and Social Care Course.

Qualifications: NVQ in Health and Social Care - Level 3
NVQ in Promoting Independence – Level 3
NVQ in Caring for Children and Young People – Level 3
