I have been working as a history tutor for many years supporting students at GCSE, AS, A2 and undergraduate level and also mark A level history papers. I have three history degrees, including a doctorate on local politics, a post graduate diploma in early years and a Certificate to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector. Areas include European history since 1789, British social and political history, empire, decolonisation, USA since 1917, etc. I have also tutored essay writing skills.

My daughter has gone from panic to confident after 2 visits from Tanya. She put her at ease and calmly showed her how to pick up marks everywhere. My daughter says she has learnt more in 3 hrs with Tanya than in the past year at school! Everything is now clear and she understands it all. She will be returning and I couldn`t recommend her too highly.
