I am a highly motivated dynamic individual with a performance related nature. I possess highly developed analytical problem solving skills and abilities. Running concurrent with this I also possess an excellent knowledge of historical and political concepts from my chosen field of lecturing/teaching in these two fields. I am also skilled in the areas of research and development, encompassing this is the abilities of planning, evaluating and implementing new innovative ideas for teaching and learning. As a full time lecturer I helped improve my A level students year in year out with a detailed programme of intensive study that benefited the students in respects of time management and their analysis of the subjects that they were asked to study for their end of year examinations. Augmenting this, I am heavily involved in mentoring students, tenaciously following their assessment and evaluation. As well as these projects I have been working as a personal tutor for the last fifteen years and here have developed student’s abilities in a wide ranging way through the use of excellent study skills and learning techniques. Under my tutelage and direction I have seen many of my students progressively improve their grades from Ds and Es up to As and Bs.
