gcse level: £25 per hourMy teaching style is informal and personable I like to get to know my learners and find out what makes them tick. I find that respect is to be earned and the most effective way to earn respect is to treat all learners as i would like to be treated myself. In maths there is usually more than one method of doing something, I find it very fulfilling when I introduce a learner to an alternative method and they find this to their liking.
Availability: Monday to Friday 18.00 to 21.00
Saturday and Sunday 09.00 to 12.00

Experience: Since qualifying as a teacher in June 2006 I have worked in a local college teaching GCSE Maths. I have experience as a private tutor for GCSE maths and SATs preperation. I particularly enjoy witnessing the accelerated progress of the learners and the increase in confidence that higher atainment facilitates.
Qualifications: I am an experienced maths lecturer in a local college. I have a PGCE teaching qualification in maths and a honours degree in electronics.
I also have AS Maths so I can offer tuition at this level.
