Having completed 6 A levels (each with grade A) and 10 GCSEs (all A ), I have first hand experience of getting myself prepared. Currently, I`m on course for a first in physics MSci at Imperial, have worked very successfully in some London schools and now also work in a tutorial college in New Malden, Churchill College.
I thoroughly enjoy working with young people and, with such extensive experience, I am fully conversant in the exam syllabi over all the subjects that I tutor. I understand that large classes are often not the ideal atmosphere for individuals to learn or be inspired I believe that I can assist a whole spectrum of people, from those who are desperately struggling to those who want to boost their marks from good to perfect.
In my experience, I have found that a really enthusiastic and engaging teacher is utterly central to the learning process. Hence I try to emulate those who have taught me so well in my own past. Not everyone `gets it straight away` and I hope to differentiate myself from other tutors who aren`t as accustomed to those struggling academically. I think my work with particularly young children has granted me a mindset familiar with having to go right back to basics older children are often good at masking their own lack of understanding in classroom situations and a tutor is often exactly what they require.
Availability: Both weekdays and weekends. Open to intensive holiday tutoring.

Experience: Over 450 hours tutoring experience in one to one situations over a range of age groups (7-19 yrs old). Very experienced in instrumental (music) lessons in one on one and group teaching contexts.
Additionally, I work for a firm which proofreads and edits a diverse range of academic documents. Hence I have had much experience with UCAS personal statements over a range of disciplines.
Qualifications: GCSEs: All 10 A s
A levels: All 6 As, with A in every module
Currently on course for first class honours in my degree in physics at Imperial.
