Aikido is the true martial art of control.
Control of events and of self and of the physical gives a true worth and an ability to stay relaxed no matter what the situation.
I teach traditional aikido "the spirit of harmony".
Teh style I teach is peacful in nature, however it is no less effectiv efor the lack of strbgth required.
Aikido works in balance with anothe party and can be practiced by all people.
I teach general classes from 12 years with no upper limit.
Classes for under 12`s are avilable on request.
