I do all the travelling - teaching in YOUR home anywhere within 10 miles of Halifax.
After a lifetime's experience teaching maths and music over all age ranges, from Infant to Adult, I now specialise solely in working with the INDIVIDUAL student, to get the very best out of them - at whatever level they may be.
My rate includes supply of ALL materials - books, papers, even a pen if you need it!
Lessons can be on any basis to suit you - from "one-off" to perhaps catch up on a missed area, through periodic "check-ups", specific exam preparation, or a long-term regular schedule.
Availability: Absolutely ANY time of day (or night!), as required.
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: Over 30 years over a huge range, including LEAs, Public Schools, Private tuition, Adult tuition, even a period as a WO1 in the army!
After teaching music in various guises for the bulk of this time, I drifted into teaching maths a few years ago as a 1-2-1 tutor in local schools, and have found this to be an interesting and exciting new line to explore.
Qualifications: A.L.C.M., A.B.S.M., Cert Ed..
