Maths (gcse, adult-learner)
gcse level: £15 per hour
Though my degree is in Computer Science it is worth noting a significant amount of maths is involved in this. In addition I hold a Maths A-level grade B previous to my degree.
I am aware the syllabus changes year on year, and depends upon which exam board is involved. Once provided with this information then I can gain an understanding of the person and their abilities and teach what is expected. Of course if there is a specific subject that is needed to be taught I have no problem with this.
adult-learner level: £15 per hour
Please read my information with regards to GCSE learners as this is the adult level I would be targeting.

I am a programmer/developer with a large amount of experience both amateur and professional.
I enjoy technical tasks and working with people, a core part of my team based job where we are keen to share knowledge and best practices.
I`m open to tutoring outside of listed areas as long as I believe my knowledge is relevant - so tutoring of computing based subjects to non-adult learners is a possibility for example.
Availability: Currently I work a full-time week, so tutoring would be around this commitment.
Willing to travel: 20 miles
Experience: Starting from most recent: For the last two years I have been working professionally for a multi-billion pound company on their e-commerce websites as a developer with both backend and frontend technologies, targeting both desktop and mobile customers.
In general I have worked with computers (hardware/software) for approaching 13 years, during this time I have solved technical problems, helped stuck users, built computers from scratch for myself and others. Since I began I have also come to know plenty of programming and technical skills, and I enjoy passing these on to others willing to learn.
