I am a 27 year old maths teacher currently teaching in South Leeds. I am moving to become a Lead Teacher this year with the job of looking at teaching and learning in the subject. I believ in active learning as it is both more fun and more effcetive.

Builing a good relationship with the pupils I believe is crucial to being successful. Someone who enjoys the subject is much more likely to achieve their potential or higher.
