I have a Masters in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and am passionate about teaching. I recently left my job as a trader at Morgan Stanley in order to help students to pursue their dreams. I have visited schools and colleges across London, inspiring the next generation to succeed.
I am able to tutor A-Level Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, Economics and ICT. GCSE tuition is available in most subjects including Mathematics and Science.
I am happy to help Oxbridge applicants with interview techniques, personal statements, or just general advice. I am also able to tutor applicants for the 11+ Common Entrance Exams.
When first tutoring a student, I like to have a 15 minute conversation in order to build a relationship, and figure out how they learn. I strongly believe that everybody learns differently and teaching approaches should be adapted depending on the student.I treat this as a continuous process; if a technique doesn't work, I change my methods accordingly. Structure is also very important, and therefore a lot of planning goes into my sessions in order to achieve a long term goal.
