I am 34 years old and a newly qualified mathematics teacher. I hold a PGCE in mathematics from the Institute of Education and a 2.1 degree in Management Sciences (a branch of mathematics) from the London School of Economics.

I am known for my supportive style of teaching. I guide students not only to build their confidence in mathematics and achieve results, but also to grow an interest for the subject. I ensure that the lessons are personalised to the student’s needs in order to bring out the best in them.

My teaching strategies include homework, end of topic tests and continuous monitoring of pupils performance.

Availability: During the day and evening up until 04/09/2010. Thereafter, evenings after 5pm and weekends after 11am.

Experience: Have taught at two large mixed comprehensive schools in North West London. Have taught KS3, GCSE and 'A' level mathematics, to varying ability students.

Qualifications: PGCE in Mathematics from the Institute of Education. 2.1 degree in Management Sciences (a branch of mathematics) from the London School of Economics. 3 'A' Levels: Mathematics A, Economics A, Chemistry C. Qualified Chartered Management Accountant.
